Illusions to Illuminate
In this solo exhibit I created an intimate imaginary scenario of emotions, perceptions and misperceptions in love. Everything in the room is art directed and designed to create an ambience of illusion. Key to the concept are the mirrors, which symbolically involve us in our own reflections.
The result is a conceptual exploration into a multi-faceted mix of thoughts and feelings in our relationships. Questioning what we see vs. what we think we see. What we fail to see or refuse to see in love.
